Web Design and Development

• HirePro Digital Marketers will design and develop websites according to agreed-upon specifications and timeframes.
• Clients are responsible for providing detailed structure requirements, number of pages, and other relevant specifications.
• Clients agree to supply satisfactory images, content, and other materials required for the website.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining and purchasing domain names, though we may offer guidance.
• HirePro Digital Marketers is not responsible for errors found in client-provided materials.
• We agree to resolve errors and implement revisions requested by clients. A maximum of three revisions are included, depending on the package. Major design changes are not included in revisions.
• Change requests after final approval or after the website goes live will incur additional charges.
• HirePro Digital Marketers may include a “Website by HirePro Digital Marketers” link in the footer of websites we create. Removal of this attribution may incur additional charges.
• Due to the nature of the internet, HirePro Digital Marketers cannot be held liable for website hacking, lost rankings, or other technical issues beyond our control.
• Clients may cancel website development or digital marketing projects before work begins but no cancellations will be accepted after one calendar day.
• Once a website is live, support will be provided at our current hourly rate plus applicable taxes.

Logo and Graphic Design

• We strive to create unique logos based on research and concept development.
• If trademark registration issues arise, we will offer alternative designs.
• However, we cannot guarantee that designs are completely unique, as we do not have access to all existing trademarked logos.
